Summer shifts my creative rhythm — with the kids home, the kitchen table becomes my studio. I’ve been working on a new series of small paintings on paper, working in sessions during rest time and family craft time. There's something I love about how pastel crayons bring out a different effect than my usual acrylic paint — and switching between subjects always keeps my brain on its toes in the best way!
